Built for contractors who let the work speak.
MapProof started with a simple observation: every contractor's best lead-gen tool is the work they've already done — and almost none of them have a clean way to show it.
Why this exists
Roofers, painters, landscapers, paver crews, turf installers — every one of them finishes work that quietly disappears. Photos pile up in camera rolls. The home looks great, the customer is happy, and there's no clean handoff to the next prospect: “here's a place I worked five blocks from you, here's what it looked like before, and here's what I left them with.”
Most CRMs don't solve this. They're designed for office workflows — pipelines, quotes, invoices. They have a place to attach a photo, but no concept of proof. And asking a contractor on a job site to learn a CRM is its own kind of friction.
So MapProof does one thing: capture the proof on the phone, keep the customer-facing share dead simple, and pin every finished job to a map you can hand to your next lead.
Who's behind it
MapProof is built by a small team out of a digital marketing shop that watched contractor clients leak credibility every time a prospect asked “have you done one near me?” We built the tool we wished our clients had.
We're solo-founder small right now, which is the point — it means we can talk to you directly and ship the things you actually need. If something's missing or broken, the contact page goes straight to a human.
What we don't do
- · We don't replace your CRM. If you have one you like, keep it. MapProof slots in alongside it.
- · We don't expose your customers' addresses. Photos get GPS-stripped on the public side; the portfolio map shows city-level pins only.
- · We don't sell ads or your data. Your share links are your own.
